“Joustujoo” is an attempt to recover forgotten or erased fragments of Iranian history. An effort to revive the theses of students who defended them at Tehran University in 1357. Retrieving documents as discourses that are sometimes in conflict with each other and other times forgotten or lost in the lower layers of history.
The movie “Joustujoo”, which was directed by Amir Naderi, has been the inspiration for the project’s name.
